I've noticed there are now a lot of profiles of women who have undergone BBL surgery. Would be nice to be able to put this info in bio and be able to filter accordingly in advanced search.

I think members with this ability can clean up the place. I'm not sure if it's possible to just give us that ability while sectioning off the other abilities solely for the higher ups. But i'm hoping it can be done.
