Add "Scientist" and "Engineer" as Occupations

I've been adding a lot of entries about women in STEM and it would be nice to be able to reflect that in the occupation section. "Scientist" and "engineer" would help a lot.

I think members with this ability can clean up the place. I'm not sure if it's possible to just give us that ability while sectioning off the other abilities solely for the higher ups. But i'm hoping it can be done.
