"Profile votes by rating" Section Fix

Currently when you look up at the "profile votes" section of any user, including yourself, the site goes up to, making it annoying to check next page because you have to scroll down again. (i found a way to avoid it, by doubleclicking, but that shouldn't be the way to manage this...)

I think the page's numbers should be at top if you want to keep it this way

Also, it would be good for you to be able to select a specific page you wanna check in case it has too much pages, example, it has 100 pages, right now i can only click Pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Last one (in this case 100). Would be better to have an option to go directly to page 70 for example. Adding to this, clicking to last page you can get into a empty page on some cases, i would assume it might be by babe's profiles that have been deleted, so can be checked as well.
