Include plastic surgery or other medical aesthetic enhancements in profiles

I think this would be a good idea to include, some babes are not "natural", so many enhancements apart from breasts only. I'd love to have more options in the profile to label their "enhancements", like babes getting buccal fat removal to look like ghouls.
