About Erica Campbell
Erica Rose Campbell (born May 12, 1981, in Deerfield, New Hampshire) is an American former nude model. She originally planned to obtain a nursing degree before becoming a nude model. She posed for 195 covers, 139 photosets and 56 videos for Twistys, Digital Desire, Playboy Plus, Danni's Hard Drive, Glamour Models Gone Bad, Pinup Files and Penthouse, among others, before retiring in 2008. She also appeared in over 30 softcore lesbian-themed adult movies, including lesbian foot fetish videos.
Campbell won Mystique's 5th Anniversary Model Safari contest in 2003. She was the Playboy Special Editions Model of the Year for 2005, Twistys Treat of the Month for January 2006 and DanniGirl of the Month for March 2006. Playboy.com named her Cyber Girl of the Week for the first week of June 2006 and Cyber Girl of the Month for October 2006. She was Penthouse Pet of the Month in the April 2007 issue, at age 25. Campbell was considered for Playboy's Playmate of the Month but was passed over after saying she would not end her relationship with Penthouse. In a Playboy feature, she said she had spent six months on mandatory bed rest after breaking her tibia and fibula, and that the shoot was her first since the injury.
Although she identified as straight, Campbell said her softcore lesbian scenes had made her comfortable being with women. She agreed to make her first hardcore girl/girl scene with Twistys but later decided not to, and claimed an agent had pressured her to move into harder content. In a 2007 "In Bed With" episode on the Danni Ashe website "Danni's Hard Drive", she said she felt pressure to move from softcore into hardcore and was not comfortable doing so. She also predicted that she likely would not be modeling much longer, and that the adult industry would move toward individual model websites as studios died off.
Campbell left the adult business after becoming a born-again Christian. In May 2008 she posted a message on the homepage of her then official site explaining her decision and encouraging her fans to turn away from sin. She also stated that her body would only be accessible to her husband. Campbell, who has said she has a farm with animals, began focusing on horse riding after her retirement. Several OnlyFans accounts claiming to be Campbell have appeared; they have been reported as fake.
