Her grandpa immigrated to the United States from Morocco more than 6 decades ago, while her grandmother was born in Russia.

Tahlia was found by a modeling scout when she was five years old, and she began competing in beauty pageants a year later. When she turned 18, she started to send her photos to Playboy.
