About Stevie Nicks
Stevie Nicks is an American singer-songwriter best known as a defining voice and songwriter of Fleetwood Mac and as a successful solo artist. Born Stephanie Lynn Nicks in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1948, she first worked musically with Lindsey Buckingham before the pair joined Fleetwood Mac in the mid-1970s, helping shape the band’s classic California rock sound. Her songs and performances on albums such as Fleetwood Mac and Rumours — including “Rhiannon,” “Landslide,” “Dreams,” and “Gold Dust Woman” — made her one of rock’s most recognizable figures.
Nicks launched a major solo career with Bella Donna in 1981, followed by hits such as “Edge of Seventeen,” “Stand Back,” and “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around.” Known for her distinctive voice, poetic lyrics, and mystical stage presence, she became the first woman inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice with Fleetwood Mac in 1998 and as a solo artist in 2019.
As of April 2025, Stevie has amassed 2.1 million followers on Instagram, 1.8 million followers on TikTok, and 664,000 subscribers on her YouTube platform.
