About Irina Dvizova
A double homicide investigation was launched after a Russian model and her daughter were found dead in Turkey. The bodies of 42-year-old Irina Dvizova and 15-year-old Dayana were wrapped in sheets and tied with ropes on a steep roadside land in Bodrum.
Irina lived in the area, where she was working as a real estate agent. She and her daughter disappeared for a few days. Concerned about the lack of contact, family members went to the residential complex where the two lived. Upon entering the house, the relatives reportedly found traces of blood on the sofa, which raised suspicions.
The family then decided to get in touch with the police again, who analyzed the security cameras and tracked a vehicle that left the residence. As a result, the bodies were found at a distance of about 3 meters from each other. They were sent to the Medical Legal Institute for a preliminary autopsy.
According to The Sun, the double murder triggered a search for Irina's 5-year-old son, Makar, who is missing. In June, the model asked the Moscow courts to prevent her ex-husband, Lithuanian Andrey Kuslevich, 45, from having access to the boy.
Now, one of the main suspicions is that the homicide may be linked to a custody dispute. The police would have requested help from Interpol to track Kuslevich and the boy, and Russian diplomats would be in contact with Turkish police authorities. According to Irina's husband, Kuslevich was the bodyguard of a Ukrainian businessman. He was wanted in Russia for escaping custody after having been arrested for an alleged theft.
