Emmily was a Brazilian model and medical student, 26 years old, who tragically died on March 30, 2023, after falling from the sixth floor of a luxury building in the Retiro neighborhood, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The case garnered international attention and a complex judicial investigation:
The Investigations: Emmily's family supports the hypothesis of femicide and disputes the version that she jumped. Private examinations indicated bodily injuries and signs pointing to a possible murder.
Those Involved: The Argentine businessman Francisco Sáenz Valiente, owner of the apartment where the party was taking place, was briefly arrested but released due to lack of evidence.
