Change Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to Libya. Libya hasn't been called Libyan Arab Jamahiriya since the assassination of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011 (it's now officially the State of Libya).

UI/UX: A simple "Similar Lists" or "Similar Favorites" displayed at the bottom of each user's favorites or other lists could work. Not sure exactly how it could be implemented, but I suppose some kind of similarity algorithm...
