Show change history in model biographies

When biography information is updated (country, measurements, etc.), the change is currently applied without showing what was modified or the previous value. It would be useful to add a simple change history that displays:

- The field that changed
- Previous value → New value
- Date of the change

Example:

Her town/city of birth: Moscow → Saint Petersburg (08/12/2026)

This would improve transparency and help users track updates more easily.
