Stefanie Gurzanski (also known professionally as Stefanie Knight, Stefanie Quenville) is a Canadian model, actress, DJ, social media personality, content creator, and glamour model. Born on December 17, 1994, in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, she first gained international recognition through Playboy before expanding her career into fashion modeling, entertainment, and digital media.

Gurzanski began modeling while still in high school and entered the glamour industry at the age of nineteen after attending a Playboy casting call in Montreal. Her first professional nude pictorial appeared on Playboy Plus in January 2014, introducing her to an international audience. Shortly afterward, she was selected as Playboy's Cybergirl of the Month for March 2014, followed by being named Playmate of the Month for the June 2016 Mexican edition of Playboy. In 2017, she received the title of Playboy Mexico Playmate of the Year, one of the publication's highest honours.

Beyond Playboy, Gurzanski has built a successful career as a fashion and glamour model, appearing in numerous editorial features, magazine covers, advertising campaigns, and commercial projects.
