Rachel Legrain-Trapani was born on August 31, 1988, in Saint-Saulve, France.
She is a French beauty queen, actress and television host.

She was elected Miss Picardie 2006.

Then she was crowned Miss France 2007.

She is the 77th Miss France.
She succeeded Alexandra Rosenfeld.
She married French footballer Aurélien Capoue at the Abbey of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil (Maine-et-Loire) on June 8, 2013[24]. A few days after her wedding, she revealed that she was pregnant with her first child, who was born on December 23, 2013, a boy. In 2016, they ended their relationship and shared custody of their son.

In May 2018, she made her relationship with French international footballer Benjamin Pavard official[25]. They separated in February 2019[26].

At the beginning of December 2018, she confided that she was experiencing financial and family difficulties and gave her support to the Yellow Vest movement on her Instagram account[27],[28].

In August 2019, she made her relationship official with a model and former reality TV contestant, Valentin Léonard. On January 10, 2020, she announced on Instagram that she was pregnant with her second child. He was born on July 7, 2020, a boy. They got engaged on December 31, 2023. They are getting married on June 14, 2024[29].
