Chloé Mortaud, born September 19, 1989, in Lisieux, is a Franco-American beauty queen and television host.

She was elected Miss Albigeois Midi-Pyrénées 2008.

She is the 79th Miss France.
She succeeded Valérie Bègue.

Then, from September 2011 to 2018, she lived in Henderson in the Las Vegas metropolitan area , in the United States , with her partner, the French racing driver Romain Thievin from whom she separated in 2018 [ 10 ] . On February 28, 2013, the couple had a child named Matis. In 2017 she announced that she had had a miscarriage [ 11 ] .

She worked in Los Angeles (she was under contract with the Elite modeling agency ), the city where her maternal grandmother lived [ 12 ] , until 2020 when she moved to Miami [ 13 ] .

In December 2019, she announced that she was in a relationship with Dean David Neiger, then they announced their engagement in March 2020 [ 14 ] . They married at the Château de Vallery in Yonne on June 20, 2021 in the company of Mareva Georges (Miss France 1991), Mareva Galanter ( Miss France 1999 ), Sylvie Tellier (Miss France 2002 and director of the Miss France company), Alexandra Rosenfeld (Miss France 2006), Valérie Bègue (Miss France 2008), Malika Ménard (Miss France 2010), Marine Lorphelin (Miss France 2013), Flora Coquerel ( Miss France 2014 ) and Iris Mittenaere (Miss France 2016 and Miss Universe 2016) [ 15 ] .
