Karlee Leilani Perez is an American actress, model, professional wrestler, and valet, best known for her work in WWE under the ring name Maxine. She is also known for her appearances with Lucha Underground (AAA) under the ring name Catrina between 2015 and 2016.

During her WWE career, Perez took acting lessons for three and a half years. In June 2013, she joined the talent agency MPC Models and began auditioning for acting roles. She received her first role in August 2013, when she was cast in the web series The Cell.

Perez majored in criminology in college. She is of Chinese, Cuban, Italian, Hawaiian, and Spanish descent.
