If you are born in South America, Central America, North America, or the Caribbean, you can be Latin. But if you are born in Spain, Portugal, etc, or anywhere in Europe, you are Caucasian.

This can be confusing since Gisele Bundchen is German ethnically but she was born in Brazil which is a Latin American country. So she is identified as Latin even though she is ethnically Caucasian aka white. She is a white Latina. Like Anya Joy Taylor or basically anyone from Argentina and tons of people from Brazil, other parts of South and Central America whose families are European but they are considered Latin due to being born in Latin America.

That doesn't apply to the United States, Canada or English-speaking parts of the Caribbean, where just being born there doesn't mean you are Latin, since they are not technically part of Latin America which is Spanish and Portuguese-speaking. You have to be ethnically Latin to be called a Latino or Latina if you are from those countries.

Meanwhile people born in Spain and Portugal are not Latin since Spain and Portugal are in Europe. So they are identified as Caucasian due to where they were born. Even though Spain and Portugal were the ones to make Latin a thing in Latin America and speak the same languages. Confusing, ain't it?

Latins are a ethnic group from Europe, originally from Rome, and through Roman Empire spread to South Europe, more especially in Portugal, Spain (except Basque Country), France (Except Brittany), Andorra, Italy (Except Trento-Südtirol), Romania and Moldova.. I guess you're from USA and you have no clue about geography like all us-citizens, but they are the true latins.. I'm from Honduras and I'm Mayan, how this make's me Latin? How?? They in Europe spoke latin until 500 years ago, in Portugal is mandatory learn latin in college, then tell me how they're not latins.. How indians from the Americas are latin?? They speak latin?? Spanish is the least closer romance language to latin, but all Mexicans are latins?? Blacks from Dominican Republic are latins?? All those people you think are latins are Hispanic, don't confuse language with ethnicity, are 2 different things. A last example, people from Quebec are more latin then most people you think, because Quebecois are directly descended from the French, and they have almost no mix with other ethnicities. Go to school first, and then you can speak about ethnicities...

from what I have read, Latinos are people whose languages derived from the roman Latin. These languages are called romance languages, French Italian Spanish Portugues Romanian Catalan. so, it looks like you can be Caucasian and Latino if you are born in France or Canada. If you are descendant from a Spanish origin and you happen to be white you can be a Hispanic Latino Caucasian. Regardless of all this and what you want to label her, Judith is enjoyable to look at, especially the black and white picture and the colorful print outfit.
