Irma Cristina Miranda Valenzuela (born August 15, 1996) is a Mexican model, television host and beauty pageant titleholder from Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico. She was crowned Mexicana Universal 2022 on May 21, 2022, and represented Mexico at the Miss Universe 2022 competition held in New Orleans, United States.
Miranda's pageant journey began in 2015 when she won Nuestra Belleza Sonora and competed in Nuestra Belleza México 2016, where she placed as first runner-up (suplente) to Kristal Silva of Tamaulipas.
In 2022, she represented the state of Sonora at Mexicana Universal 2022, competing against 31 other candidates at the San Luis Potosí Convention Center. She won the national title and was crowned by outgoing titleholder Débora Hallal of Sinaloa.
At Miss Universe 2022, held on January 14, 2023, Miranda competed but did not advance to the top 16 semifinalists.
Miranda earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora (ITSON) in Ciudad Obregón. She speaks both Spanish and English fluently.
From a young age, she showed interest in sports, particularly tennis (starting at age five), and also practiced folk dance. Her diverse interests include singing, dancing, acting and hosting.
Beyond pageantry, Irma Miranda works as a television host and presenter. She has been associated with TV Azteca and has built a career in media and entertainment following her success in beauty competitions.
Standing at 1.75 m (5'9"), Miranda has continued to work as a model, TV host and public figure following her Miss Universe participation, maintaining a presence in the Mexican entertainment industry.
