Claudia Echeverry Peñaloza (born 1989 in Pereira, Colombia) is a Colombian actress, model and television presenter. She is known for her work in both Colombian and Mexican television, particularly in news broadcasting and telenovelas.
Echeverry first gained recognition as a finalist on the reality show Protagonistas de nuestra tele. She holds a degree in Communication and Educational Informatics from the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira in her native Colombia.
Her acting career includes roles in Colombian productions such as Tu voz estéreo (2011), Historias clasificadas (2012), Mujeres al límite (2012), Divino niño (2014), La selección (2014), Esmeraldas (2015), Venganza (2017), La cacica (2019) and Ahora recordar. In Mexican television, she appeared in telenovelas including En tierras salvajes (2017) and Por amar sin ley (2018).
After establishing herself in Colombia, Echeverry relocated to Mexico, where she transitioned into news broadcasting. She worked as a presenter on Sábados de Foro TV and Noticieros Foro TV at Televisa from 2018 to 2024. In September 2024, she joined TV Azteca, where she currently serves as anchor for Noticieros ADN 40MX, as well as programs including ADN Conmigo and Es Tendencia. She also anchors Hechos Domingo on Azteca Noticias.
Throughout her career, Echeverry has balanced work in both entertainment and journalism, maintaining a presence in acting, modeling and news presentation across two countries.
