Holly Marie Willoughby (born 10 February 1981, in Brighton, England) is an English television presenter, known for her work in presenting reality, and morning TV in the UK. Through her successful television career, she has established herself as one of the most popular and influential celebrities in the UK.

Willoughby started out as a model, making the transition to TV work in 2006. Initially she was co-presenter on Ministry of Mayhem, a Saturday Morning TV show. Her popularity and presenting style gained her other TV hosting roles. One of her most notable roles was as Team Captain on Celebrity Juice, between 2008 and 2020. Over the years she has now hosted numerous TV entertainment and reality shows. She has also appeared regularly as the assistant to magician Stephen Mulhern in various illusions such as being sawed in half.

Currently she is the co-presenter of ITV's This Morning (2009–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2011, 2018–present).

Willoughby is married, has 3 children, and lives in London, UK.

Willoughby is also known for her curvaceous hourglass figure. She was nicknamed “Holly Willoughbooby”, when starring as team captain on Celebrity Juice, due to her amble E cup breasts. The term has entered popular culture and is often used on TV panel shows and social media, when referencing her.

When asked if the nickname “Willoughbooby” embarrassed her, she said “Actually It's quite amusing really and I have to admit, kinda nice!", adding, she's quite “PROUD of her raunchy nickname, adding she doesn't mind people constantly referring to her best assets.
“In all seriousness, I love that a mother can have that accolade…if you can call it that.”

…Modelling Career…

Willoughby started her modelling career in 1998, modelling bras, underwear and tights for clients including Pretty Polly, and appearing in advertisements and posters.

Willoughby continued modelling occasionally alongside her TV career. She often featured in pictorials and photo shoots for magazines such as FHM, Esquire and Maxim, wearing swimsuits and lingerie.

Willoughby was selected as the Cover Star for the final print edition of FHM in 2016, and continues promotional shoots to the present day.

Although Willoughby has posed in numerous provocative and sexy lingerie photo shoots, she has never posed nude or topless.

As of December 2025, Holly has amassed 8.1 million followers on Instagram.
