About Eimi Gloria Matsudo

Eimi Gloria Matsudo (Japanese: 松戸グロリアえいみ, Matsudo Eimi Gloria), better known by her ring name Giulia (Japanese: ジュリア, Juria), is an English-born Italian-Japanese professional wrestler. She is currently signed to WWE, where she performs on the NXT brand. She is best known for her time in World Wonder Ring Stardom and its sister promotion turned parent promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling, where she wrestled from 2019 to 2024 (Stardom) and 2020 to 2024 (NJPW), and became one of the top female stars of both companies during her tenure. She has wrestled for Ice Ribbon from 2017-19 and Dream Star Fighting Marigold in 2024.

Matsudo made her professional wrestling debut in 2017 in the Ice Ribbon promotion where she held the International Ribbon Tag Team Championship once alongside Tequila Saya. She left Ice Ribbon in October 2019 and debuted in Stardom, where she became a one-time World of Stardom Champion, one-time Wonder of Stardom Champion, one-time Goddess of Stardom Champion, and a two-time Artist of Stardom Champion. She was also the winner of the 2020 Cinderella Tournament and the 2022 5 Star Grand Prix and was the founder and leader of Donna Del Mondo. In 2020, Matsudo was the recipient of the Tokyo Sports Women's Wrestling Grand Prize.

In September 2024, Matsudo made her official WWE debut at NXT No Mercy, confronting then NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez.

Matsudo is of Italian and Japanese descent. She was born in London, England, to an Italian father and a Japanese mother, who was studying there. One year after her birth, they moved back and she was raised in Japan's Chiba Prefecture.
