Dot Allison is a Scottish singer and songwriter, known for her contributions to electronic music, most notably as a result of her tenure fronting the band One Dove in the early 1990s, whose song "White Love" is considered a classic of electronic and trip hop music. She embarked on a solo career following one album with One Dove, and has worked with Massive Attack, Paul Weller, Hal David, Scott Walker and many others.
