Chloe Elizabeth Bailey, known mononymously as Chlöe, is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, and actress born on July 1, 1998, in Atlanta, Georgia. Raised alongside her siblings in Mableton, Georgia, her musical foundations were built early under the guidance of her father, who taught her the mechanics of songwriting from the age of five. The family relocated to Los Angeles, California, in 2012 to further support her burgeoning entertainment ambitions, allowing her to balance a growing passion for R&B, pop composition, and screen acting.
