Having seen 2 shots with her nipple in them, it appears that there is an implant scar at the bottom of her areola. Sad but true.

Her tits were already enhanced once and she recently had a second procedure done.

She has now had breast work done, it was on an Instagram story that is archived online. Also in her post on April 14th 2019 she talks about the surgery. If you go back to posts before that you can see that she started out around an A cup. So it needs to be updated to enhanced/fake/implants.
