Considering how even the tone is, it could also be a filter or photoshop. With most tanners that I have seen, there are usually areas with uneven levels of tanning due to mistiming, not enough oil, or whatever other error. The other possibility is a spray on tan, but, again, I would expect to see some unevenness.

Considering that Blue Eyes first started coming out in 1994, and Yulia didn't start in the industry until 2000, you are WAY off.

I think there are 2 women using the name, and the one you are referencing on the twitter page is not the one the page here is for. You can look at the shapes of the nipples, all the extra tattoos, and the shape of the mouth and see they are different women.
As someone else stated, it seems like someone is trying to cash in on name recognition.

She started out with naturals, but newer photoshoots show that she has had some work done, so the label is correct for how she is currently.
