Evgeniya Diordiychuk is from Druzhkivka, Ukraine and resides in Los Angeles, California.
She has posed for 178 covers, 150 photosets, and 28 videos, before retiring in 2015.
Evgeniya began her modelling career in 2003, initially under the name Katie Fey. She first gained widespread attention with her work on Met-Art and other platforms known for softcore and sensual imagery​.
Evgeniya's breakthrough in mainstream modelling came when she was featured as the Playmate of the Month in Playboy Russia in August 2008.
She would go on to appear in several international editions of Playboy, including those in Ukraine, Greece, and Argentina.
Her centrefold shoot in the November 2008 issue of Playboy Ukraine was particularly notable, as it was tied to the promotion of the James Bond film Quantum of Solace​.
In addition to her Playmate title, Evgeniya was also named Playboy’s Cybergirl of the Month in August 2011, further solidifying her fame in the adult modelling community.
Throughout her career, she has graced the covers of Playboy in multiple countries, including Russia, Greece, and Argentina, and has also appeared in the magazine's National Breast Cancer Awareness Month issue in 2013​.

Though she has largely distanced herself from the more explicit adult film industry in recent years, her work with Playboy and various adult websites has left a lasting impact.
Evgeniya has stated that she aspires to create a legacy similar to Hugh Hefner, with the goal of being remembered as a pioneering figure in the adult entertainment world​.
Evgeniya is reputed to be the older sister of the model Svitlana Pashchenko aka Felicity Fey though their real names and looks suggest otherwise.
She is also reputed to be the cousin of the model known as Kristina Fey, this may also have more to do with their modelling names than reality!

Cybergirl of the Month August 2011 is not new to receiving recognition for her Playboy work.
Along with Cybergirl, Evgeniya Diordiychuk is also Playboy Russia’s Playmate of the Month for August 2008 and Playboy Ukraine’s 2009 Playmate of the Year.
This international petite sensation with her ample pierced bosom has graced the covers of at least nine international Playboy magazines.
“Unfortunately, Ukrainians don’t know about Cyber Girls,” Evgeniya says. “I already have lots of Playboy covers to my name but I’m proud to say that I now work for Playboy Plus.”
This flamenco and professional modern dancer loves men who are romantic and optimistic.
However, Miss Diordiychuk hates it when guys are greedy or cynical especially about her dreams.
The dark haired and fair-skinned beauty from a mostly Russian-speaking Ukrainian town wants to transform her international Playboy modelling career into becoming a famous Playboy photographer.
“I know what makes a woman sexy: her sense of humour and her smile.” From there, she would love to become the female Hugh Hefner.
