Hanna Hilton is a retired American pornographic actress and glamour model who became one of the most recognizable natural-breasted performers of the late 2000s. Born Erica Hunter on October 31, 1984, in Brookville, Indiana, she grew up in a small-town environment, was a cheerleader in high school and worked part-time at a Dairy Queen in nearby Connersville. She later married young and became a mother, though the marriage ended before her adult-film career began.

Hilton entered modeling after the photographer who had taken her high-school senior pictures later photographed her in swimwear and lingerie. The images eventually attracted attention online, and an agent discovered her through MySpace. She made her first trip to Los Angeles in June 2006 for a Hustler cover shoot and spent the next two years concentrating mainly on nude modeling, magazine layouts, adult websites and content for her own site. Her tall, curvy figure, blonde hair, blue-green eyes and naturally large DD breasts quickly made her a favorite with glamour photographers.

Her softcore career took off rapidly. Hilton was named Twistys Treat of the Month for November 2006 and Penthouse Pet of the Month for December 2006, followed by a Hustler Honey appearance in January 2007. Hilton said her first sexual experience with another woman came while filming Vivid Red, in a scene directed by Tera Patrick. She claimed she was strictly "gay for pay" in her girl/girl scenes.

Although her hardcore career lasted little more than a year, Hilton built a substantial body of work for companies including Vivid, Brazzers, Digital Playground, Hustler, Pure Play Media and Twistys. Notable titles included Meggan & Hanna Love Manuel, Bounce, The Bombshells, Party of Feet and Vivid Red. She also made a brief mainstream appearance in the 2009 Bruce Willis science-fiction film Surrogates. Her work earned industry recognition, including a 2010 AVN Award nomination for Best Oral Sex Scene for Bounce.

Hilton retired from performing in September 2009, still near the height of her popularity. She stepped away to concentrate on her son, personal relationships and life outside the adult business. Unlike many performers from her era, she did not later return through OnlyFans or a major social-media comeback, and she has largely remained out of public view. Her relatively short career has become part of her lasting appeal: Hanna Hilton is remembered as a naturally voluptuous blonde who moved from successful men's-magazine modeling into hardcore porn cautiously, became a Vivid contract star almost immediately, and then walked away before the industry completely defined her.
