currently the only operation you can tell someone's had is either breast implants or a reduction. We should also be able to know who's gotten facelift, botox, buttlift, nose job etc.

We either should change Avarage body type to Normal(or somethign else) or we need some sort of disclaimer that Average doesn't mean Mediocre.
