Description for pictures

People have mentioned before about old pics new pics and it can be confusing. Maybe have a small one or two line description for pictures, optional, so, for example, I added pictures of Carla Lethbridge. There's nowhere to add where they came from or that they're early 1990s. It might be useful if someone was curious about her, and when the pictures were taken, where I found them, etc.
