Add Sportswoman: Track & Field to the list of professions.

This overlaps with Athlete.
We have Runner too, which maybe should be merged into Athlete as well.

@Pryda I think Athlete is too generic and can be misinterpreted. The actual category of sport is called athletics, and that should be the name of the actual category.
