Add Ethnicities

Now that Native American has been added to our choices of ethnicities, I'd like to request to have Pacific Islander added as well. Yes, they are ancient descendents of East Asians, but they're definitely a different ethnic group with totally different cultures and physical features (e.g. a Polynesian looks/lives nothing like a Mongolian).
