Reporting "Spam" Clarification

Testing requested: This was recently implemented. Please test it and let us know your feedback in the comments section.

I'd like to request a clarification message or whatnot of what spam means when users go to report spam. It seems that almost every link is being reported through moderation, even if it is relevant to the page itself, and therefore not spam.

Agreed, there is alot of comments being reported in general that really shouldn't be.

I totally agree. Even a lot of comments without links are being reported as spam even though there is no spam in sight.

Links with content (photos, videos) should go in the dedicated links section, where they're clickable.
Links with relevant information about the model are acceptable.

We added some notes to the report dialog, restored a bunch of links that were wrongly removed, and added a section to our FAQ.
