other than "replace photo with same but better version" add an option to "replace photo with a different but superior photo"
just as the title says
asking to remove a really low quality and lame photo then waiting ages then uploading a new one, especially in an old profile with a lot of old and lame images already present is tiresome.

The current "replace photo with same but better version" isn't great and needs more flexibility. Many have used it, but almost all use it wrong (not reading the instructions and simply uploading different photos).
