Surgical enhancements are a major turnoff for me, I'm more attracted to a girl with no tits than one with fake tits. But there are several girls in the industry with breasts that look "too good to be true." Alicia Williams and Janice Griffith come to mind, because of how perfectly symmetric and firm their breasts look. Athena Palomino fits this category, and if you convince yourself they're fake, you can even see the scar under her right tit in the last pic.
