They're real, or she had 'em done by the most skilled plastic surgeon in human history. Some woman get bigger while pregnant and then stay that way. It's a mystery.

I think Stefan Soell photoshops her, as he has a nasty habit of doing. All of his models have larger, rounder breasts in his shoots than they do for anyone else. I think it's a crime.

Thank you for your comments regarding Soell's work. I have also noticed that. Still love the guy and enjoy his creations, but I have seen some of the women when they pose for other photographers and they are not nearly inflated as they are when they work with Soell.

She appeared in my favorites for no reason at all. Easy to remove, but strange. Maybe the system confused/conflated her for another model I legitimately faved? "Vika" in particular is a nickname that gets repeated.
