Yup, she was one of my All Time Favorites when she did Playboy. She did not do herself any favors with the excessive Plastic Surgery and Porn Career. However, I would have LOVED to have been one of the lucky bastards to nail her and unload IN HER and All Over that pretty body and face -- before her Disturbing Plastics Surgery. MAN SHE WAS ONE HOT POTATO !!!

Suzanne Stokes during the period of Playboy Playmate February 2000 and Miami Swimsuit Spectacular 1999 represented a type of beauty that can be described as a combination of radiant innocence and the subtle Playboy aesthetic of the turn of the millennium.

I would like to end the description here, as this period forms the basis of my evaluation of Suzanne’s appearance; however, doing so would not be entirely fair.
Around 2008, after several years of functioning within the erotic industry, her appearance underwent significant change. Her cheeks lost their gentle roundness in favor of more hollowed and sharper lines. Her nose appears more narrowed and sharply defined, and her lips became even fuller—shifting from a naturally emphasized lower lip to a more evenly distributed and intense volume. Her breasts, previously full with a slightly above-average spacing, became even larger, losing an element of naturalness that some might consider a flaw, but which in my opinion added character to this exceptionally attractive girl.

I have the impression that certain decisions and factors connected with functioning in the erotic industry—including fast and easy money—kept Suzanne too firmly rooted in that world. The fact that she appeared on a centerfold at only 20 years old is also not insignificant. Today, one can find a pornographic film featuring her that is of questionable aesthetic quality. This once passionate young woman with the dream “to become a starring actress,” in which—one may assume—a Playboy modeling career was meant to help, became a figure known mainly from amateur-shot pornographic films.

Suzanne Stokes’s appearance from 1999–2004 will delight anyone who appreciates delicate, rounded or heart-shaped facial features, where no single element dominates and the whole forms a cohesive image complemented by platinum blonde hair. Admirers of natural, full breasts and a slim, athletic figure devoid of strongly defined musculature will also be pleased.

Her current appearance, on the other hand, may interest those who prefer sharper facial features and clearly defined elements—very full lips, strongly accentuated eyes, and platinum hair. As for her figure, it remains slim, and fans of a very rounded, extremely full bust, devoid of natural sag, may find it satisfying.

She was one of my favourites around 2000, so pretty, but should have stopped shortly after, sad to see her looking old and not sexy

I don't hold it against anyone when they age. We all do. I do think she overdid the plastic surgery and that's what I mean when I say it went downhill for her.

Ruined herself with awful plastic surgery. She was absolutely stunning before. Why would someone so beautiful do that to themselves?!? It’s sad really.
