She should be photographed by someone outside of StasyQ, that hopefully know how to use proper lighting and do justice to her face.

For sure... It's very amateur. However, the thing that really bothers me is when the top of the persons head is cropped out. It's scientifically proven to be unpleasant to the eye, and it's one of the first things that's taught in photography... It's basically a sign that the photographer is an amateur with no prior education in the arts. I get that a lot of these people don't have a ton of money in him before top photographers, but this is the basics.
