Are Sarai Minx's boobs real or not?
Bianca Blackwell opened up about her boob job journey back in 2019 on her YouTube channel.
She had her first breast augmentation at 24, after losing breast volume from bikini competitions and intense cardio, which affected her confidence. The first surgery with saline implants, (280cc and 320cc) was done over the muscle, giving her a natural full C look.
Later, in early March 2019, after getting into film work and noticing issues like rippling, she decided to go bigger, where she upgraded to 605cc silicone implants. By mid-2019, Bianca shared she’s been dealing with discomfort, sleep issues, and possible nerve pain, and feels the implants are too heavy. Because of this, she’s planned another surgery later that year, including a breast reduction and lift, aiming for a more natural size around 32D and better comfort.
She says the main reason behind all her decisions has always been confidence, career demands, and feeling comfortable in her body 💖
