Guess what? I really think her breasts were enhanced and here's why: In the Playboy video "Juicy Attraction", Sarah says the most favorite part of her body is "...my lips. Because they're all natural and they're juicy". I don't know why she would specifically point out their natural quality if it wasn't an important distinction versus her other, more obvious, wonderful parts. Then, checking out her "Platinum Blonde" video, I don't know if she was just extra cold in that scene or what, but there appear to be some pretty obvious dark scar tissue marks on the bottom of her nipples as well as the telltale indentations of healed incision marks. I feel these are most obvious at about the 2:40 mark,the 3:40 mark, and the 9:04 mark. At about 9:04 one spot even catches the light and becomes shiny - just like a scar. I always thought they were natural as well, but it just seems so obvious now. Unless someone can explain these things away of course....

Oh, and by the way, this changes nothing for me - Sarah will forever be one of my favorites and her breasts are still fantastic, no matter what.

Mmh, she said multiple times that they are natural. It was on the Playboyplus website. Are you sure those are scars? I checked it out again and her breasts are quite veiny and have quite bit of stretch marks which would lean more towards naturals.
