Patricia "Patti" Farinelli (born March 18, 1960, in Los Angeles, California), is an Italian-American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the December 1981 issue, in a pictorial entitled "Abbondanza." Her centrefold was photographed by Ken Marcus.
