Continuing on with my mission to ensure the pioneers of Penthouse sexy all have a comment by checking out Patricia Barrett, the Penthouse Pet of January 1972. I challenge anyone to look at that pic of her in the pose with her knees by her head and try to tell me with a straight face that it isn't sexy.
