About Marsha Elle
Marsha was 28 when she became a Playmate for Miss April 2020 and was born with proximal femoral focal deficiency (PFFD), a rare birth defect in which the femur bone in the upper thigh area is either malformed or missing, causing one leg to be shorter than the other. As a result, the lower half of her leg was amputated.
Yet, in spite of being an above-the-knee amputee all her life, the Miami-based motivational speaker refuses to let that stop her from pursuing her dreams of becoming a musician and model. And most importantly, she hasn’t let it rob her of her joy, as evidenced by the uplifting photos she shares on Instagram, flaunting her curvaceous figure and prosthetic leg.
As of February 2024, she has amassed 120,000 followers on her Instagram platform.

I don't know why everyone is making a huge deal about her I just see an attractive woman and also this whole comment is just people yapping about playboy can we just talk about the person instead of some company

If this is considered attractive to you, fair enough. But men have way higher standards, especially for Playboy. It's supposed to be a magazine about attractive sexy women. Not obese or anorexic and average looking( or ugly, subjectively for many in some cases of oast 25 years) women. I can't consider this woman beautiful when I can literally see countless more beautiful women than her every single day when I step out of the house. If everyone is beautiful, then by definition nobody is. It's not a word you throw around towards most or I would even say vast majority.

This is why Playboy has fallen so far. I'm sure she's a nice person but Playboy at one time was the standard for American beauty. There have been breathtakingly beautiful women of all races in Playboy, that's what Playboy used to be about a celebration of beauty, not what ever this is.

You say American beauty. But many dozens of playmates, actually if you count, over 200 playmates out of the 800 playmates so far since 1953(none in 4 years in 2021-2024), including 6 twins and 1 triplet, over 200 were not American born and raised. So Playboy was never just American beauty, not even in the 1950s. Every single decade since then more and more foreign country residents have become playmates. They didn't even move to USA in many cases. Especially 21st century as seen a huge amount of foreign born, less than half of playmates are American born in last 25 years. They are from many different South American and Asian countries, but also some African countries and European countries of course.

I’m actually surprised that Playboy didn’t try to have a trans Playmate of the Month. I know Hustler did something like that as an April Fools joke but the Woketards would have literally tried to check every box to show us how “good” they were by putting every single variation of “diversity” in. If this had kept up at the rate they were going the Playmate of the Year for 2025 would have been a balding 300lb trans midget amputee with Down Syndrome and a harelip.
As someone who is severely disabled I would never put this woman down or demean her but we can all agree when you have a magazine that has been founded on and had always presented a certain look and style, her attributes are not in line with that. It’s like sorting apples and then feeling bad that none of the oranges were being picked so you just pretend it’s an apple.
No matter how much people want to pretend these things are something they are not it’s just not the reality. A man is a man. A woman is a woman. Overweight is unhealthy. Beautiful is subjective but is still quantifiable enough to know if it’s in line with a previous standard. This is not.

We already have had several men as Playboy playmates in the 2010s. Hugh Hefner picked the first one out of many contenders (the other contenders were women), before he died, he was very happy with his pick for November 2017 . Later more men( so of course suffer from gender dysphoria, official medical disorder in the DSM-5 global medical standard) were playmates in August 2019 etc.

Clearly, none of you commenting on this profile possess much in the way of empathy towards other people. All you guys seem able to do is put down this woman for no apparent reason beyond stupidity.

Playboy just admitted this era was a total disaster and now they are going back to their roots of hot women. Even Playboy itself said this attempt to be progressive era from 2017-2024 was terrible and hurt the brand.
No one is putting this woman down and I am sure she is a nice person and good musician. But people are not "stupid" for having the opinion that she was nowhere near the quality of a Playmate of the Month as we have seen for the last 60 plus years. Just like I could never play for Man City and people have the right to tell me that.

The era ended in March-April 2021,not 2024. But pkaymate title ended in December 2020 last one, restarted January 2025. And plahmyboy by mow is over 72 years( by then 67 years) old.
But woke started in early 2016, when they stopped showing nudity in February-March 2016. Then they actually had men as playmates, men with a mental disorder called gender dysphoria, in November 2017 and August 2019. The first man as chosen by Hugh Hefner over every other candidate, Hefner literally chose a man. He took a huge dump on his own legacy of 64 years. We already had many obese ,overweight and anorectic or just ugly(in terms of what the vast majority considers beautiful or not) women in the 2000s and 2010s, but November 2017 was truly a new low... Choosing the first (but not last) man as a playmate. 🤢

This is not what Playboy should be about, she is not a physically beautiful woman. That doesn't mean I don't have empathy for what she's been though. There are other places she can,and should be recognized and praised. Playboy isn't it.

You say there is no apparent reason. There is a very factual reason. Empathy has no place in a magazine about physical beauty and perfection. It's not even about her being an amputee. It's about the fact that her looks are, depending on the person, most people will say either ugly or average looking. When I go out the door and the vast majority of women are more beautiful than this woman... Then it's very obvious that this woman is not beautiful in terms of how society sees beauty. Our brains are hardwired for symmetry, this has been studied in neurology. She is also obese and that is very unhealthy and by default unattractive and not beautiful. She does not belong in Playboy, let alone as a playmate.
