Kym Johnson (as of 2025 Kym Herjavec) is an Australian professional ballroom dancer and television personality from Sydney, New South Wales. She began dancing at a young age—starting as early as age 3 in general dance and transitioning to competitive ballroom around her teens—and quickly rose through the ranks. Johnson gained prominence as a pro dancer on the first three seasons of the Australian Dancing with the Stars, later joining the U.S. version from 2006 to 2015, where she became a three-time champion and the only pro to win in both the Australian and American editions. She briefly returned to the U.S. show in 2017 and also served as a judge on the Australian series from 2013 to 2015. She married businessman Robert Herjavec in 2016 (whom she met as a partner on DWTS); the couple has twin children. Today, she remains active in entertainment, fitness, and holiday-themed productions like Christmas in the Ballroom.
