About Kate Kendall
Kate Kendall is a British-born Australian actress, director and producer. She is best known for her role as Angie Piper in the TV crime-thriller police drama series Stingers for it's entire eight-season series run (1998-2004), and as Lauren Carpenter in the TV soap opera Neighbours from 2013 to 2017. After departing from the show on-air, she directed several episodes before officially becoming a producer of the show from 2020 until the series ended in 2022. She directed the TV action-thriller series Heat in 2023.
She appeared nude on-screen in the 1999 crime-thriller film Dead End. She also appeared nude on-stage while performing in the Melbourne Theatre Company production of the stage show Cheech (2005).
