About Erika Kirk
Erika is an Illinois-based businesswoman, podcaster and philanthropist. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2012 with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. At Liberty University, she earned a Juris Master's degree in 2017 and a Doctorate in Christian Leadership in 2022.
Erika won Miss Arizona USA in 2012. She founded Everyday Heroes Like You, a nonprofit supporting under-recognized charities, and hosts the Midweek Rise Up podcast.
She was married to conservative commentator Charlie Kirk from 2021 until his death in 2025. They had two children. After his assassination, she was named CEO of Turning Point USA.
In 2026, she was appointed to the board of visitors of the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. According to its website, the 16-member board "inquires into the morale, discipline, curriculum, instruction, physical equipment, fiscal affairs, academic methods and other matters" of the military training facility.
