About Elisa Sergi
Elisa Sergi (born in Florence in 1983) is an Italian psychologist, psychotherapist, and hypnotist. After an early career in modeling, she pursued higher education and specialized training in psychotherapy, ultimately focusing on Brief Strategic Therapy—an approach centered on understanding how problems function in the present and identifying effective, targeted solutions without prolonged or dispersive treatment paths.
Before transitioning into psychology, Sergi cultivated a strong artistic background, studying music and attending courses in dance and acting. In 2001, she took part in the Miss Italy competition, reaching the national semifinals and earning the title of Miss Deborah. Between 2001 and 2003, she appeared on the television program Quelli che il calcio on Rai2. Starting in 2003, she also co-hosted the weekly sports program Golden Goal, broadcast on the local television network RTV38.
Today, Elisa Sergi’s clinical work reflects her belief in an experiential, results-oriented form of therapy tailored to the individual. Her approach emphasizes practical change, helping clients overcome difficulties through personalized and efficient therapeutic strategies.
