About Britt Lightning
Britt Lightning is a guitarist primarily for hard rock and heavy metal bands.
From 2004 to 2011 Britt was the lead guitarist for the all-female Boston-based hard rock band, Jaded. Jaded released two albums. They supported the band W.A.S.P. during their 2006 European tour.
In 2011 she became a member of the NYC-based rock musical “Chix6”. She played guitar as the character “Lick”. The musical played at the Queens Theatre.
From 2012 to 2015 she played guitar for the Spanish vocalist Alejandro Sanz. From 2015 to 2016 she performed with pop vocalist Rachel Platten.
In 2017 she became the lead guitarist for the all-female hard rock band Vixen, replacing guitarist Gina Stile.
Britt has also performed in the all-female Guns ‘n’ Roses tribute band Paradise Kitty.
