About Ashling Speighty
Aisling Speight is an Australian strength athlete who has competes in figure/bodybuilding as well as powerlifting. Her physique is notably muscular for a figure competitor, with particularly developed shoulders, arms, back, legs and abdominals.
Speight originally entered physique competition around 2016. According to her athlete profile, she began preparing for competitive figure shows and simultaneously started increasing the weight on her major lifts. She became increasingly interested in strength training and eventually pursued both sports seriously.
She continues appearing in Australian physique competitions. In the 2024 IFBB Professional League Australian National Championships, she was listed in the Women's Figure Open field. Interestingly, by 2026 she was also appearing in Women's Wellness competition listings, including the NPC Worldwide Gold Coast Championships, while continuing to appear in Figure competition fields.
