There are two good reasons to steer clear of silicone.
1. In the porn industry, her body is a product—or a "brand," if that sounds better. If you work in the porn industry, you have to realize that. You can't change your brand without first checking if the fans actually want it. After all, they are the paying customers—especially her OnlyFans subscribers. If I had paid, I’d want my money back.
2. Procedures like that aren't without risk. You shouldn't let people go cutting into you unless it's necessary. And if you're unlucky, the final result turns out terrible (see Megan Rain or Demi Sutra).

You obviously haven't worked in the porn industry like I have. What happens to a performer's body is usually not her decision, but rather that of the manager or the production company she is under contract with. They are told it would be a good move to get breast implants, a facelift, or lip injections. They are led to believe they have to do it to keep up with newer performers. Then their fanbase drops off, because most men prefer natural-looking women. After that, the performer’s contract gets terminated because revenue falls. Unfortunately, I’ve seen this happen too many times in the past. I even knew a performer who died during breast surgery because she was getting them enlarged for the sixth or seventh time.
