I don't know if this is true or not, but a guy on another profile said that some Eastern European cultures view pornography very differently. As in, posing topless is the same as doing hardcore porn. That does explain why babes from Russia and the Ukraine either never show anything, or they show everything every time. In contrast, posing topless isn't a big deal in the UK (like Page 3 girls).
