I doubt there is a signifact meaning. Its the same as having samll angel wings atop your spine or big one across your back.
Its just a common placment. Just like the wings are a coommon place on your back beacuse as the wings "make you look" as you have wings the tattoo sorta immitaes having a gun shoved in the fornt your pants.

Not necessarily. A couple of years ago she came back with the alias “Olea James”, but what’s happened to her is honestly depressing, where you just wish she didn’t return and remained retired.
